Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order from ARENA Robotics, you are securing an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect the full payment at checkout to reserve your unit and place it in the fulfillment queue.

Cancellations
You may cancel your pre-order at any time, for any reason, for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled. To cancel, please contact us at support@arenarobotics.store with your order number.

Once the order has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled. At that point, the transaction falls under our standard 30-day return policy, and you may request a return after receiving the physical item.
